Cover Letter Format
The cover letter has a defined format which you have to comply with these rules for an effective cover letter preparation. The letter needs to consist of three sections which are introduction, mid-paragraph and last paragraph. In the introduction section you need to tell why you are applying for this position,
why the employer should call you for a job interview. This section should include information why you are writing the cover letter, where did you see the job announcement and why you decided to apply for that position.
The mid-paragraph is the place where you will need to present your proposals for the job. Tell your abilities and how they comply with the requirement of the position. Establish strong links between the needs of the position and your capabilities. Try to prove these with the things that tell about you. Try to be consistent since it will be evaluated with your resume.
The last paragraph should include the final sentence, and end it by thanking the authorities due to their interest in your cover letter. You can also add that you expect information about the latest developments regarding to your application. You can write your name and surname and then sign it to complete your cover letter.
